For all bootix products, we offer qualified technical support by email, fax or telephone.
With a prepaid support contingent, you have instant access to our technical personnel, who will take care of your bootix product related technical questions.
The minimum contingent size is 1/2 day (4 hours). For each incident, we only deduct the time from your support contingent that was actually used for incident-related communication (email, fax, phone) and offline activities (problem investigation, research).
