Remote OS Installation

The term "Remote OS Installation" denotes the installation of a target computer (desktop, laptop, or server), where the installation media is not attached locally to the target machine, but accessed over the network from a remote installation server.

If the target computer is also equipped with a network boot code (such as the TCP/IP BOOT-PROM or PXE PROM code), this process can be completely automated, including remote wakeup and shutdown.

The bootix BootManage Administrator is the bootix remote OS installation solution for desktop, laptop and server computers.
